High-Pressure Crude Oil Pipeline — 80km Section

A certified 36-inch diameter carbon steel crude oil transmission pipeline spanning 80 kilometres, rated to 1,200 PSI maximum allowable operating pressure (MAOP). Constructed to ASME B31.4 pipeline standard with 3-layer polyethylene external coating and impressed current cathodic protection system in full operation. The pipeline is piggable with full-bore geometry, and smart pigging runs are completed annually for integrity management.

The section includes 4 intermediate block valve stations, 2 inline inspection traps, and a SCADA-monitored supervisory control system providing real-time pressure, temperature, and flow data to a 24/7 control room. Maximum throughput of 500,000 barrels per day. Available for tariff-based third-party access. HSE COMAH upper-tier registered. Pipeline integrity management system (PIMS) records available on request.
